Different Microsoft Certifications for Programmers and Developers

"One machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men. No machine can do the work of one extraordinary man" as put so well by Elbert Hubbard. I don’t think anyone really understands this quote better than the IT specialist, and Microsoft. At least, that is the way it should be.

If a business does not have the right IT team, then they may soon have some serious problems, that is why the Microsoft Certifications are so important to potential employers. The new generation of Microsoft certifications provides a simpler and more targeted framework for IT managers to validate core technical skills, professional skills, advanced skills, and architectural skills. It also provides professionals in the IT industry with a more relevant, flexible, and cost-effective way to showcase their skills.

Technology: Prove core technical skills on Microsoft technologies
The new Technology certifications enable professionals to target specific technologies and distinguish themselves by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in the broad range of specialized technologies. Microsoft Technology Specialists are consistently capable of implementing, building, troubleshooting, and debugging a particular Microsoft technology.

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Certifications

Professional: Professional skills and a proven ability to perform on the job
Professional Series credentials validate a comprehensive set of skills required to be successful on the job. These skills include design, project management, operations management, and planning, and they are contextual to the job role. By validating a more comprehensive set of skills, these credentials give candidates and their hiring managers a reliable indicator of on-the-job performance.

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Certification

Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) Certification

The new Microsoft Certifications exams for .Net are the result of the Microsoft .Net Platform update to .Net Framework version 2.0. Microsoft has changed the way it certifies IT specialists, and most of the new certifications require the candidate to pass 2 Exams for MCTSinstead of 1 Exam for MCP or 3 Exams for MCAD.Net (version 1.1) or 5 Exams for MCSD.Net (version 1.1), except for some like, SQL server 2005, and the BizTalk Server 2006 which only require one exam. The Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications enable professionals to target specific technologies and to distinguish themselves by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in their specialized technologies. An MCTS is consistently capable of implementing, building, troubleshooting, and debugging a particular Microsoft technology.

In the new Microsoft .Net Certifications program, there are specialty certifications for Windows based Application Development (MCTS- .Net Framework Windows Applications), Distributed Application Development (MCTS -. Net Framework Distributed Applications), and Web based Application Development (MCTS - .Net Framework Web Applications). After achieving MCTS Certification, if you would like to acquire more thorough knowledge and higher Certification, then you can also go for MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) Certification for .Net, which requires the candidate to pass one more Exam on the Windows/Distributed/Web platform. After achieving MCTS-SQL Server 2005, you can either opt for MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) as a Database Developer or Database Administrator. Each of these certifications (Developer/Administrator) requires the candidate to pass 2 more Exams.

So, to a degree Microsoft is making it a bit more difficult to get certified, but this can be beneficial to you. First because what you will study to become certified will make you an expert in your field. And secondly, because Microsoft has determined, that IT hiring managers have a difficult time trying to figure out which computer certification best qualifies an IT professional. This new type of certification will help identify the right candidates for a specific are of development-e.g Windows, Distributed, or Web. The new type of certification can help you prove your job skills and prove your qualifications making it easier for hiring managers to make the right choice, based on qualification and not on personal likes and dislikes.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Ranking – Achieve more with less

Almost all Website owners have heard of Search Engine Optimization or SEO and those who are aware of what SEO can do for a website and online business, are totally immersed in getting their websites to rank on the first page of Google. There are billions of websites on the Internet and every website owner wishes dearly to see their website/page rank in SERPs (Search engine Results Page) for particular keywords/phrases, if not at the No.1 position, at least on the first page.

Most website owners read some ebooks and online material on SEO tactics and try to implement the methods and tactics themselves. Some do succeed with proper implementation of methods and regular and continuous SEO. But most of them fail due to the fact that they do not implement the methods and tactics properly or continuously. Many website owners, after continuous failure, and resulting frustration, hire or contract with a SEO/SEM company or SEO Freelancer and let the professionals do the job.

But does this really work. Organic SEO is not an exact science and there are no specific tried and tested methods and tactics that have been scientifically proved to work. The Google algorithm calculates millions of parameters for a website/page to assign PageRank and nobody is sure what these parameters are. Neither does Google inform the public about the methods and tactics that can be used for ranking and achieving Google PageRank.

Although Google does not inform the public about methods and tactics, it does have specific guidelines which can be followed to achieve the coveted Google PageRank and ranking in SERPs for keywords/phrases. There are many such guidelines, but one of the most important is to acquire Back links for the website. Back Links are links on other sites that lead to your website. But that does not mean that you have to acquire Back Links from any website. Google guidelines state that the number and quality of back links is important.

But you should also take care to see that the Back Links come from good, content rich, theme related (websites with content related to your website), higher PageRank websites, and not from bad neighborhoods like Adult sites, gambling, online pharmacies, etc, unless your site is related to Adult content, gambling, and online pharmacies. Acquiring thousands or even a hundred thousand Back Links from unrelated, low PageRank, or bad neighborhood sites does not help your website achieve PageRank. What is required are a few hundred good quality, high PageRank, thematic Back Links. Most website owners just concentrate on acquiring Back Links, no matter where they come from, the PageRank of the page with the Back Link, and improper anchor text and Link text.

Although acquiring theme-based back links from content rich sites is important, as is the PageRank of the page that has the Back Links, the number of links leading to your website/page is important too. Acquiring a few Back Links from content rich websites is not enough to achieve ranking for the website. Nobody knows for sure how many good quality Back Links will make a site rank in SERPs, and Google is not telling.

Therefore that leaves the website owner or SEO professional with just one option and that is to continuously work on acquiring thematic Back Links for the website/page until the desired PageRank and ranking for keywords is achieved. The reason for continuous SEO is that Google does not assign PageRank and ranking for keywords immediately and takes a month or two to assign new Back Links that have been found around the World Wide Web, to your website and in turn realign the PageRank. Google regularly assigns and deletes Back Links to your website/page. Therefore SEO should be a continuous process to increase Back Links, PageRank and ranking in SERPs. Besides the Quality and Quantity of the Back Links, the anchor text of the Back Link is important too.

Car Parts – Quality, Servicing, Maintenance, and Replacements are Essential

Millions of people in the world today use a car to drive to work, for family outings, for holidays and shopping, for medical emergencies, dropping kids at school, etc. Everybody expects a car to start as soon as they turn the ignition, and expects the car to run smoothly every time and every day without fail, in summer, winter, or rain. Sometimes the Car does not start or if it does, it does not run smoothly and provides a bumpy ride. The reason is that most people take a car for granted and assume that the car will run properly as long it has some gas in it.

But this is not the case. A car like any other machine is made up of hundreds of Car parts that work together to make a car run. All of these parts are crucial to the proper working and smooth running of a car. It may be as trivial as a screw or nut in the Car Engine or Car Gearbox. A loose nut or screw can not only hamper the smooth running of the car, it may even prevent the car from running at all. If it is a crucial nut or screw, such as the ones used in the Wheels of a car, it becomes more essential that they be properly fixed. The Quality, Servicing, Maintenance, and or replacement of Car parts over a period of time is essential and crucial for the proper running and long life of the car.

Timely and proper Servicing and maintenance of a Car and Car parts ensures a longer life for the car with problem free driving. Properly servicing and maintaining the car, with timely replacement of parts with Quality spare parts, ensures that the car does not ditch you when you need it the most, especially in an emergency. One of the most crucial parts of a car, besides the brakes and Car Engine, is the Car Gearbox system. A serviced and maintained Car Gearbox ensures a smooth ride. The opposite of this, a poorly maintained and serviced car and gearbox could be a nightmare ride, with loud noises and bumpy rides. An improperly working Car gearbox could sometimes seem like a giant gnashing his teeth in rage. If you ignore the Car Gearbox and not attend to it in time, you may very well have to replace the whole gearbox in order to use the car.

Quality Car parts, timely servicing and maintenance, and or replacing parts with good quality spare parts is not only essential, but crucial to the smooth running and long life of a car. If you can think of a car as a living, breathing object, then you can understand that just like any other animate object in this world, a car also requires food (oil and gas), servicing and maintenance (washing, oil changes, etc), or some tuning and adjustments of parts (heart surgeries, liver, lung, and stomach ailments) and sometimes replacement of parts (liver transplants, heart transplants). This just shows that if you take care of a car like a family member, it will provide trouble free service for years and be with you like a friend for life.

Relation between Google PageRank and Back links

The PageRank of your website will govern the amount of traffic your website receives through the Google Search Engine. Many people are now struggling to obtain the elusive target of a high PageRank for their websites and facing a wall they cannot climb. The wall is of course, how to get the best Page Rank. Are Back Links the answer to this dilemma? If you work hard enough creating Back Links around the web will this have a direct positive impact on your website PageRank?

PageRank is a complicated method of determining how useful your website is to users based on a scale of 0 -10 (ten being the highest). Your PageRank will have an affect on how Google places your website when a user searches for related keywords. Naturally, the better your PageRank is, the higher your website placement will be and the ultimate goal is to appear top of the list when a potential customer searches for your keywords. Many people are now using BackLinks extensively in order to produce positive PageRank results. The results of Back Linking can vary depending on quantity, frequency and associated PageRank.

Back Links are created by having a link to your website on an external page. This means you need to get other people to link to your website. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen overnight and it takes a lot of work to create an extensive range of Back Links. The amount of Back Links Google can find that point to your website will tell Google how highly other people rate your website. The more Back Links you have out there, the higher your PageRank will be. Back Links are not the only factor for Page Ranking so you should ensure you develop further marketing and SEO methods for your website on top of an extensive Back Link building program. Things like Meta descriptions and SEO content will also determine how relevant your website is when a user searches for certain keywords.

There is no solid definition of how many Back Links you need to obtain a certain Page Rank. Because there are other factors it can be difficult to pin a PageRank down, some pages may have few Back Links and still have a high PageRank number. Regardless of this, a website with more Back Links generally tends to achieve a higher PageRank and as long as the Back Links are achieved properly, they can have a definite positive affect on your website PageRank. In addition to the overall quantity of your Back Links, your PageRank will depend on the increase of Back Links you achieve each month. It has been shown that a steady flow of Back Links created will help you to maintain your current PageRank. This means you will need to steadily and consistently provide Back Links to your website on external sites.

Your PageRank will also be affected by the quality of your Back Links. If a high ranking website links to you, Google will deem your website to be of importance and value to an already prominent website. This means you will get a terrific boost to your PageRank from every high quality Back Link. The way in which Google determines a website PageRank has long been an elusive piece of knowledge and the design of it has changed considerably over the years, however the basis of the system remains constant.

The quality of your Back Links can also have a negative impact on your PageRank. If the links are part of a "Bad Neighborhood" you can experience a drop in your PageRank because they feature a Back Link to your website. It’s not just a case of putting as many links out there as possible; you also need to consider where your links are going. Websites that use illegal means to achieve a PageRank such as hidden links, hidden content or excessive keywords will have a negative impact on themselves and those associated with them. If you remove any links to bad neighborhoods and successfully request webmasters to remove your links, your PageRank will be positively affected.

Auto Financing - Get a Second Chance at Car Loans

Have you been turned down for Car Loans in the past because of a bad credit history or no credit history at all? You may be concerned that if you apply for a Car Loan a second time, it will further damage your credit rating and you will still be unable to acquire the new car you need. You shouldn’t have to allow a bad credit rating to ruin your financial life and prevent you from getting the car you need to visit family, commute to work and safely get your kids to school. Even if you have a poor credit rating or not credit rating at all you can still get your hands on a great quality car loan.

Auto financing companies are now becoming more specifically tailored to meet the needs of people with a bad credit rating. Every company will offer a variety of alternative loans to suit everyone's needs so even if you didn’t qualify for the Car loan you wanted you can still qualify for an alternative you may not have been aware of. The two main types of Auto financing available are secured and unsecured loans. Secured means your car loan will be guaranteed by a main possession. In the case of cars it is usually the car itself although it can sometimes be your home in some cases. This means if you fail to meet the payments of your car loan, the auto finance company will be able to possess your car meaning you lose money and the car you needed. With these loans it is ultimately much better for you to fully ensure you can afford the loan taking into the account the worst-case scenario. Because of this risk factor these types of loans are much easier to obtain and so many people with bad credit will choose this option.

An unsecured loan does not require a guarantee on any possession but it will require a good credit history to obtain and it is harder to get this type of loan approved. There are also other loan types and special offers available for Car Loans such as a no credit check loan that does not require you to have any kind of credit history either good or bad. This type of loan will test your ability to pay the loan back currently and you will need to be able to provide bank statements to the finance company to show your economic stability. There are also other things you could do to ensure you get your auto finance approved. If you have the time, you can do simple things such as paying household bills regularly and on time to build up your credit rating. This can have a dramatic impact on your credit history and give you a terrific boost for getting that second chance at a car loan within a few months.

You may also wish to consider if the car you have applied for affected your auto financing approval. If the car is too expensive for your current budget or if it is too expensive against your credit history your application may have been rejected on that basis alone. Before you go for your second chance at a car loan application, you should work out a budget that details all the expenses and financing you need. This should include road tax, insurance, petrol, maintenance and your estimated finance loan. Once you have worked out your budget you will able to pick a suitably priced car to match it. Choosing a cheaper car will give you a better opportunity to getting your auto finance approved.

Car Loans – Opting for Car Loans instead of Purchase

The world is a busy place and modern day people are becoming busier due to the numerous tasks that they have to do throughout the day and saving time while traveling is essential to plan for a busy schedule. Millions of people travel from home to work and back, shopping, dropping and picking up kids to and from school, meeting friends, visiting the doctor, etc. Saving time in traveling has become very important, as people want more free time for themselves and their families. This is where the automobile comes in handy. Buying a car or a second car for the family’s needs is not always economically possible or feasible with, especially with fixed-income employees or small businessmen and traders. This is where Car Loans become a necessacity and come in handy.

A few decades ago, an automobile was a luxury and only the rich and well of could afford to buy a new car. As demand increased, and automobile companies made profits, they increased production and reduced the prices, making the Cars cheaper, easier to acquire, and within reach of the common man. But many still could not afford to pay the price for a Car in one down payment. Many Car manufacturing companies, Banks, and private finance companies came forward to provide Car Loans to people who still could not afford to buy Cars with a full payment for the purchase price. Easy availability of Car Loans was also useful in luring employed professionals working on a fixed salary, self-employed people, small businessmen, and traders, and many people who were hesitant in investing a big sum in purchasing a car.

In the present day, most families in the western world need at least one car for the family and if the family’s savings are not enough to buy a car outright, they can always opt for Car Loans. Most families opting for Car Loans do so out of necessacity as they require a car, but cannot pay the full price. But care should be taken to plan for the Loan installments and managing finances, especially if you are a salaried employee. Many people also give in to their desire to drive a new car and succumb to the sales talk and opt for a Car Loan. These people do not think about their financial situation and default on their Loan installment, which leads to a bad credit rating for the future.

A bad credit rating means that you will have problems applying for loans in the future, even if you later on pay up the installments. But there are many car loan companies, which do give a second chance at Car Loans in spite of a bad credit rating. But this depends on a case-to-case basis and is not a rule for all defaulters. If you are a habitual defaulter and have always paid your installments very late, or not paid the installments for a few months, you are highly unlikely to get a Car Loan.

If you do require Car Loans, you should first inquire with the Car dealers about the down payments, inquire with the finance company regarding the interest charged on Car Loans, duration of the Loan, installments, penalties for defaulting on installments, etc. then you should go through your finances and calculate whether you will be able to pay the installments properly, with a little left over from your income for emergencies. If the loan payments fit into your finances and you can manage to pay the installments, you can safely go for Car Loans.

Breakdown Cover - Benefits of Breakdown Insurance

A Breakdown Cover or Breakdown Insurance is as important as any other type of insurance. Just think about a situation where you are traveling in your car and it stalls and will not start again – miles from the nearest habitation on a lonely, less traveled road. Or even in the city, while traveling to work or returning home late at night, and your car breaks down. What can you do? What do you do in such situation?

This is where a proper and comprehensive Breakdown Cover becomes necessary and important. It is during winter that most car breakdowns occur. A combination of heavy car usage and the wet, cold weather results in most car breakdowns. Just consider a situation where you are raring to get to work or a holiday and your vehicle will not start. How will you get to work or get going on your holiday? Breakdown Insurance is the answer to your dilemma. You never can know in advance when, where, and how your car or vehicle will breakdown. A Car Breakdown can happen anywhere and anytime, and it does not have to be an old car. Even a new car bought from the showroom a few months ago can breakdown due to improper maintenance and servicing. Unfortunately, there is no way to foretell or predict when and where your car will breakdown, or even if it will ever breakdown. But it is better to be safe than sorry and buy Breakdown Cover in case a car breakdown does occur.

There are many big and small Breakdown Cover service providers and you must analyze and consider the services offered by each of these companies, along with the costs involved. You should not only analyze the services of the large branded service providers, but you should also look at the smaller ones to get a proper perspective of the services provided and costs involved. You can visit their websites or write to them for more information if required. Most of the big names in the Breakdown Cover services industry provide many services like providing roadside recovery, visiting your home for repairs if the car breaks down and does not start in the morning, hi-tech faultfinding technology, car maintenance advice, stocking spare parts, etc.

If you do not travel much and require breakdown cover services only in your local area, you can check out the smaller, more localized service providers. But if you travel extensively and regularly, then the bigger and countrywide or global Breakdown Cover service providers are a better option. The bigger, branded service providers have a better reach and capabilities for providing service even in a situation where you are stuck with a breakdown in a sparsely populated area with no means of reaching a garage for repairs.

Most of the bigger Breakdown Cover service providers have options for the type of Breakdown Cover required, including national and international breakdown covers. Some of these options include:

·Providing assistance for roadside breakdowns

·Transportation for the vehicle and passengers in case of incapability to handle roadside repairs or arrange for a local garage for repairs.

·Providing Home visits if your car breaks down at home

·Providing alternative travel options in case they cant repair your car.

·National and International breakdown assistance

Whatever the case or situation may be, it is better to be safe and have Breakdown Cover, rather than be sorry and be stuck with a Car Breakdown situation.

Composite Doors – Why use them over wooden doors?

You have a beautiful home for yourself and your family, but if you feel insecure with improper doors or want to provide a better look to your homes Main Door and enhance the aesthetic beauty of your house, you now have a better option in Composite doors.

Composite doors are much in demand and desired over wooden doors. There are many benefits and advantages by using these doors instead of the usual wooden doors. One major advantage is that you do your bit for the planets Environment by using Composite doors instead of wooden doors. Wooden doors are made from the trees chopped down from the world’s rain forests. All over the world, thousands of trees are chopped down every day for firewood, furniture, windowsills, houses, etc, and of course Doors. Over the centuries, mankind has cut down millions of trees. The forests are dwindling and this is leading to the Greenhouse effect. By using Composite Doors for your Home and Office, you can do your tiny bit to save the Environment.

Another advantage of using Composite Doorsis their durability. Wooden doors, however well made, with the best wood possible, tend to rot in inclement weather. Wooden doors are not as secure as Composite Doors as they can be easily broken down, unlike Composite Doors. Composite Doors, on the other hand are more durable, rust free, long lasting, termite resistant, and can survive any kind of inclement weather conditions, as they are made from Aluminum, glass, and some other materials too. These Doors retain their beauty and durability over the years and they look as good as new even after a few years.

Another major advantage of Composite Doors over Wooden Doors is the initial cost and the cost of maintenance. The initial cost of these doors is lower than that of a wooden door, and the cost of maintenance is negligible. While the cost of buying a wooden door and the cost of maintenance can be heavy on the pocket for a wooden door. Do I need a conservatory for my home?

You should first ask yourself the question - What do you need a conservatory for?

Do you want to make a living room of your conservatory?
Do you want it to be your reading room or study?
Do you want it to be a room where you can just relax with your thoughts?

Whatever your needs – be it lounging or dining, be it relaxing and listening to your favorite tune or spending some quality time with friends and family – a conservatory is an area with endless possibilities. A conservatory can be a room for all seasons and for all reasons. It is much more than just an investment in your home; it is much more than just another room in your house.

Conservatories – History and Beginning

The birth and beginning of Conservatories is linked to the manufacture of glass over 250 years ago. In the initial days, the glass sheets that were made were not of good enough quality and had distortions and impurities. But as advances were made in glass making, especially sheet glass for windows, their use for other things also expanded. And one such use was for Conservatories.

By the time sheet glass began to be manufactured, the Aristocrats and merchants of Europe had become very rich with the growing trade with Africa, India, the Far East, and the West Indies. They desired to develop gardens and populate their homes with the exotic plants of the East. The manufacture of excellent quality of sheet glass was a boon for them and they started adding and constructing Conservatories for their stately homes.

The Conservatories that the Aristocrats and rich merchants built were heated to protect the plants and seedlings they brought back from the East and Africa, from the harsh European winters. The Aristocrats and merchants could at last enjoy their gardens every day and all year round. The early Conservatories were built from brick and mortar with wide and huge areas with glass sheets between columns and a solid roof. During the Industrial Revolution, the use of cast iron with cheaper and better quality glass, allowed architects to design and construct delicate Conservatories where glass was predominant.

This led to the designing and building of ‘The Crystal Palace’ for the 1851 London Exhibition. The successful construction and design of the Crystal Palace was the beginning of the standard design of a Conservatory for the middle class of the Victorian era. As tastes and perceptions changed, the Conservatories became more and more ornate and decorative and were used for formal tea parties and for lovers to meet in solitude.

By the early 20th century, most of the cast iron Conservatories were decaying due to the harsh winter and rusting of the iron columns. In the later years, very few new conservatories were built as houses were built better to withstand the winter and were more comfortable. Middle class people just could not afford the upkeep of the Conservatories, and therefore new Conservatories were not built as much as before.

In the early 1970s, the development of new material like float glass, and new construction techniques like sealed double-glazing, sparked an interest in Conservatories again. In the current scenario, people are more prosperous, with large homes, and can afford building a Conservatory with modern materials. The maintenance and upkeep of these modern Conservatories is not expensive and it does lend a classy touch to the home. A home owner can build a Conservatory with materials like aluminum. PVC, wood, and of course the best glass that money can buy. Besides the materials, there are many styles that the home owner can choose from depending on what suits the design on the house.

These modern Conservatories are convenient to use, easy to maintain, easy to construct, and a valuable asset for any home. Feel like an Aristocrat or rich merchant of the 19th century with your very own DIY Conservatory. You don’t have to be an Aristocrat or rich merchant or spend as much to be the proud owner of one.

What is a Conservatory? What are the different styles of a Conservatory?

A Conservatory or greenhouse as it is generally called, is a glass and metal structure traditionally found in the garden of a large house, but can also be built as an extension to the main structure of the house. The traditional nineteenth century conservatories were large greenhouses used for growing tender and rare plants, and sometimes for birds and rare animals.

Small garden Conservatories became popular in the second half of the twentieth century, as greenhouses, for conserving plants, and for recreational purposes, as a solarium or sunroom. Conservatories are also often used as an extra room rather than for horticulture. Most modern conservatories are small, due to space constraints, and can be made of PVC, wood, and glass, and are added to houses and gardens for home improvement purposes, and recreation or leisure.

Conservatories can be built in different shapes, styles, and sizes and building or adding a conservatory to your home is a relatively simple way to increase the habitable space in your home. You can either build your own conservatory with a DIY kit or hire someone to custom build it for you. Some of the different styles are as follows:

Gable Front Conservatory
The gable conservatory is a light and modern conservatory that brings your garden into your home. A Gable Front Conservatory is recognizable from its rectangular floor plan and triangular frontage. A major feature of this style is that the front elevation windows extend to meet the apex of the roof. This helps to maximize the feeling of light and space and create a feeling of great height within the conservatory.

P-Shape ConservatoryA P-Shaped conservatory refers to the floor plan of the conservatory in which the vertical line of the P will usually be a lean-to design structure attached to the property, while the semi-circle of the P could be a Victorian or Edwardian design in harmony with the lean-to part of the conservatory. Bespoke conservatories, such as a P-Shape offer increased flexibility in design and increased usability.

Victorian Conservatory
The Victorian is the most popular style of conservatory, thanks to its impressive versatility and its ability to complement most types of property. It can be distinguished by its steeply pitched roof and its use of ornate detailing along the roof's center apex (called the ridge). Victorian conservatories have 3 or 5 facets, these are the angles of the conservatory that give it a curved appearance and provide maximum space.

Edwardian Conservatory
An Edwardian (also referred to as Georgian) style of conservatory is similar to a Victorian. The main difference being a rectangular floor plan which maximizes the use of internal space. Edwardian conservatories are more understated in design and therefore detract less from the visual impact of the main property.

If you need more space and do not want the hassle of moving to a another house with some greenery around, then adding a conservatory to your home could be a perfect and cost effective solution. A conservatory will provide an elegant addition to your home and will become the center of summer activity.

What You Should Know About SAP Certification

There are very few Certification credentials in the business world, which carry the same value and prestige as SAP Certification. If you wish to achieve SAP Certification, you have to hone your skills, either through rigorous study or direct industry experience. You will have to demonstrate your abilities with SAP, by passing demanding, process-oriented exams that consist of practical questions. If you pass the exam, you will receive a globally recognized SAP Certificate. Whether you are a SAP partner, client, or user, SAP Certification provides you with a competitive advantage.

In 1999 SAP started their training programs for professionals who were neither customers nor partners. This opened up a whole new world of top-rated training and certification programs at SAP centers around the globe. These training programs can be very expensive, however, and require up to three weeks to gain a deep understanding of a particular module or subject. If you have time and can spend money, you can register for one of SAP’s five-week crash courses in one of the following areas: FI/CO, MM/SD, and HR/ABAP. You can achieve SAP Certification after appearing and passing an examination in your chosen area.

As a Professional aspiring towards SAP Certification, you should be aware that there are three Certification Levels for SAP Certification – Associate, Professional, and Master. For the Associate and Professional levels, there are multi tier certifications available for SAP CRM 2005. There are also three Focus areas for SAP Certification - Application, Technology, and Development. They have been designed to assist you in finding the right SAP certification. All three SAP certification levels apply to the three Focus areas. You can acquire SAP Certification for any of the three Focus areas -

Application level certification – The Application level certification is achievable for a number of SAP solutions. You can appear for the Application level certification examination after completing the required course and case - study, or equivalent SAP course curriculum. If you have extensive experience in implementing SAP solutions, you can appear for the exam without going through the course.

Technology level certification – For this certification, you must complete the SAP solution academy course or SAP training course. You can then appear for the Technology level certification examination and achieve SAP certification. If you already have extensive experience with SAP, you can appear for the exam without going through the course.

Development level certification – The Development level certification is for individuals and professionals who develop applications for SAP solutions. For the Development level certification, you must complete the required academy/SAP course and appear for the examination and become a SAP certified developer.

To prepare for the Exams is another story altogether. Each and every one of the SAP certifications has its own set of preparation methods. You can learn more from the online information available on the different SAP certification. You can also consult the solution academy or a SAP certified professional on exam preparation. There are no prerequisites to appear for a SAP certification examination. For example, it is not a requirement to complete a SAP Associate level examination to qualify for a SAP Professional level examination, and the SAP course is recommended, but it is not a requirement.

Are News channels behaving responsibly?

If you ask a News Channel reporter or the management of the News Channel, they will always say that their News Channel does behave responsibly. But they will also add that their responsibly is to their viewers and to society at large and not to the individual or group affected by the News and information that they broadcast. According to the News Channels, their job is to provide unbiased, impartial, truthful, News and information to the viewers. It is up to the viewers to understand the implications of the News and information and form their own perceptions and views on the News.

Many of the News Channels do behave responsibly, but some of them do not. Many News Channels do analyze the News, information, and reports that they receive and do pay attention to the implications of sensationalizing News. These News Channels also take care to verify the source of the information (if it is an external source), and only then do they telecast/broadcast the News. Most News Channels have Reporters who do the reporting on incidents and provide the verified information for the News Channels. News Channels also receive News and information from the general public, and Government Departments. The Responsible News Channels will always verify the information before broadcasting.

But some News Channels are just not concerned with the implications of what they broadcast or the effect it will have on the viewers, or a particular group, or society at large. They may have a few reporters who cover the reporting on incidents and they may/may not verify the information for correctness. These News Channels like all others also receive News and information from the General public and Government Departments, but fail to verify the truthfulness or correctness of the information and just broadcast it.

Some News Channels also lean towards political parties and their News coverage is biased towards that particular political party in a positive way. All News about their favorite political party is presented in a favorable way. Some of these News Channels also sensationalize and prioritize news like Riots, Floods, Suicides, Murders, shootings, robberies, Police excesses, political issues, and other incidents to gain mileage over competing News Channels. The impact of this type of News Reporting and broadcasting in some cases is bad and has a negative on the public, especially children. But some of this news does inform the viewer of the hard facts of life in the country and society, including the political and law and order situation.

Bedestan - Nicosia

In its 3000 years existence, Nicosia or Lefkosia, as it is called by the locals, has been built, rebuilt, and expanded many times over the centuries, and there are hundreds of monuments, churches, and palaces built in and around the city, reflecting the many rulers and historical periods that the city has endured. One such architectural wonder is The Bedestan, which means covered market.

The Bedestan was originally a 12th century Byzantine church referred to as The St Nicholas Church. It was enlarged, modified, and expanded, first by the Lusignans and later on by the Venetians. It was later handed over to the Greek Orthodox Church to be used as a church. During the reign of the Ottoman Empire, the Bedestan was used as a grain store and cloth market and that’s how the original Byzantine church acquired its name of a covered market.

The Bedestan is an amalgam of different styles of architecture like the Byzantine, Venetian, and Gothic. Although the monument was damaged in severe earthquakes over the centuries and was allowed to deteriorate over the years, it is being restored now to recover some of its lost glory. You can visit the Bedestan and still see the medieval tombs with the coat of arms of the crusading knights – The Knights Templar, who ruled over Nicosia for a few years.

You can also see some of the masonry of the northern entrance to the Bedestan, which resembles the masonry at the entrance of the Cathedral of St. Sophia. Inside the Bedestan you can see some fallen columns and pillars of different architectural styles, and an exquisitely carved Gothic door. With the on going restoration, the Bedestan will acquire its lost glory and will soon be open to the public.

Is Auto Financing a better option than outright purchase?

If you are planning on acquiring a vehicle for yourself or your family, you have several options like buying the vehicle outright, or acquiring a vehicle on lease, or get some Auto Financing company to provide you with Car Loans. There are several Banks, Auto Finance and Car Loan Companies, and financial institutions that provide loans quickly.

Acquiring ones own vehicle is a prestige issue with some people, while with others it may be a necessity and a means of easier traveling. While the rich and well off can afford to purchase vehicles of their choice with cash, the middle class and working class have to consider their financial situation and plan accordingly. This does not mean that vehicles are only for the rich, ordinary salaried employees and small businessmen too can afford vehicles. If they cannot afford to purchase the vehicle outright with cash, they can always opt for Auto Financing and Car Loans.

A few decades ago it was more difficult to get Car Loans or approach a bank for Auto Financing, but times have changed. Car companies have built up huge manufacturing facilities and manufacture hundreds of thousands of vehicles every month. They need to sell these vehicles and reduce inventory every month. Car companies realize that not everybody can purchase a vehicle with outright cash and this is where Banks, Auto Financing Companies step in. Banks and Auto Financing Companies collaborate with Vehicle Dealerships to provide Car Loans at an affordable rate to enable the salaried employee and middle class individual to own a vehicle.

The past few decades has seen the emergence of new car companies with newer models and latest and advanced technology and fuel efficiency. Every body would like to drive a new model and fuel-efficient vehicle and Auto Financing and Car Loan Companies are ever obliging and easily provide the required finance for new vehicles. The urge to acquire new customers and increase sales has also seen a war of sorts between different Car Loan Companies and many of them offer excellent rates of interest along with other benefits to entice a new client.

Auto Financing Companies also understand that it is not only beneficial to acquire new customers on a regular basis, but it is also essential to retain existing customers with excellent service. A happy and satisfied customer will always return if they need another vehicle and will also advise their friends and family to deal with a particular Auto Financing Company. As such they strive to reduce not only the paper work required, but they also give out gifts and incentives to entice the new customer to deal with their company.

Opting for Auto Financing is not a bad deal as interest rates are low and it also makes sense not to purchase a vehicle with full cash payment and thus reduce your bank balance. The money in your bank, which has been saved by opting for Car Loans, can be better utilized elsewhere, and in any case can serve as a safety net in bad times and financial emergencies. Once you have decided on Auto Financing your vehicle, you should first select the vehicle and then look around for a good Auto Financing company. Many vehicle dealerships have tie-ups with Car Loan companies and Banks and will provide assistance in selecting an Auto Financing company.

But you must still weigh the benefits and incentives offered by the different finance companies. Some of these companies also provide a Second chance at Auto Financing even if the customer has a previous bad credit record. Of course this will require more paper work and may even cost a bit more. But a Second credit chance at a Car Loan even with higher interest rate is better than no Car Loans.

In a world of Climate Change you can keep yours Constant with proper air conditioning

A few decades ago, nature and its elements were considered all powerful and we were helpless in combating the vagaries, seasonal changes, and extremes of nature. But with advances in science and technology, we can now, to some extent, control and minimize the effects of the natural elements and climatic changes. Although it is not possible to minimize the heat of the summer Sun, or the coldness of winter, it is possible to modify the temperature in your home or office and make it more conducive to living and working. All that is required is good air conditioning.

You may live in a perfect home with a nice kitchen, a beautiful conservatory, a reading room or library, but living becomes hell in the summer and winter. Either it is too hot or too cold to enjoy your beautiful home. It’s the same with your excellent office with all its well placed offices, Server Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Conference rooms, etc. Working 8 to 10 hrs in the summer heat or winter cold becomes a drudge.

With an excellent air conditioning system installed in your home or office, it is possible to achieve climate control in your surroundings and minimize the blazing heat of the summer Sun as well as the chilling cold of winter. There are several solutions for air conditioning systems available and you can fully regulate the temperature to make you feel comfortable in summer as well in winter. The advantages of air conditioning systems is not restricted to temperature regulation only, rather there are several other benefits too.

According to research, it has been found that with the help of proper air conditioning systems, it is possible to work more efficiently and increase productivity. The research done on two different surroundings with and without air conditioning revealed shocking results that were enough to highlight the importance of air conditioning. Those working on the site with air conditioning demonstrated better performance, than the workers working without the air conditioning. Thus, it is clear that air conditioning helps a lot in improving the work environment and improving productivity.

There are several air conditioning solutions available in the market today. There are special air conditioning systems available for home as well as for business/office purposes. In order to increase their utility, they are even available in various models as well. For home systems, there are several types of air conditioning systems available like Split floor ceiling or just ceiling, Plasma clean inverter, Quick Split, Multi Split Inverter, Wall Mounted Inverter, Floor standing Inverter, etc. Similarly there are different air conditioning systems available for different business purposes as well, like Split Cassette, Multi Split Inverter and Split Floor Ceiling or just Ceiling.

There are several features that make these air conditioning systems more attractive and a good investment:

1. These air conditioning systems are very silent and you are not disturbed or distracted by a constant sound or noise in the background while working at the office or resting at home

2. These air conditioning systems take less time to reach the required temperature that you have set and is comfortable for you.

3. These air conditioning systems also consume less electricity than other older systems. You don’t have to worry about huge electricity bills.

The biggest concern for most people in acquiring a suitable air conditioning system is of course, the cost. But these air conditioning systems are not very expensive and they have been designed to consume less electricity. Therefore, they are more cost-effective. But the benefits far outweigh the costs and expenditure involved. The benefits of a restful day at home and office makes an air conditioning system a cost-effective system of fighting off the summer heat and winter cold, and improving efficiency and productivity.

Microsoft Certification – Is it for You?

Do you feel more secure when a certified mechanic works on your car?
Do your taxes get done by a professional certified Accountant?
If you are sick or injured, do you visit a certified, qualified Doctor?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, its because you value service from someone you know is qualified and certified to do the job right. In the IT field that qualification comes in the form of Microsoft Certification. So if you want a qualified and certified professional giving you service in their field (Mechanic, Accountant, Doctor), wouldn’t an IT Company want to know that you are the best in your field and certified, qualified for the IT job/service. That is what Microsoft Certification does for you. It proves that you are among the "BEST" in your field and capable of doing the job or providing the service-competently.

You may think that Microsoft Certification is not important, and it is true. You can probably get a job anyway in the IT field without Certification, but when you do have Microsoft Certification, you have "PROOF" that you have the skills and the knowledge to work in the IT field on Microsoft Product/s. Today many IT Companies require Microsoft Certification as proof of your skills and competency. And in order to offer you a job they require you to be Microsoft Certified. Microsoft Certifications ensure that you are the first choice of IT Companies for jobs or the first choice for promotions if you are already employed.

What is Microsoft certification?

This is a recognition that Microsoft gives you which proves you have special skills to get the job done. Microsoft Certifications recognize and validate your real-world IT skills, and offer a life-long career path of IT skills development.

How do You Get Certified?

Actually Microsoft Certification is not that complicated, but it is tough. You have to learn / self-study for the required course through course books available at Bookstores / Online Bookstores, or join a Training Institute which provide Training and Certification Guidance courses. After the course is completed, you have to Register and appear for the Online Exam conducted by Prometric and VUE testing centers authorized by Microsoft to conduct the Exams. You need to prepare thoroughly for the Exam, because there is a fee for taking the Online Exam, and if you fail, well there goes your money.

Microsoft Certification assures your current/future employer or future clients that they have someone that really knows what they are doing, and it gives you self confidence in yourself and security - knowing that you are fully trained in Microsoft product/products.

Auto Finance – Should you opt for Car Loans?

In the modern world today, people have become very busy due to their busy schedules and traveling involved from home to work, shopping, dropping the kids off to school, meeting friends, etc. one place to another. Therefore people give more importance to the time saved in traveling. This is where the automobile comes in handy. But buying a car or a second car for the family is not always economically possible. This is where Auto Financing - Car Loans is very useful.

A few decades ago, a car was considered a luxury only the rich could afford. But as the Automobile companies prospered and expanded their production and reach, the Cars became cheaper and easier to acquire. Many Auto Companies, Banks, and private companies too came forward to provide Car Loans to people who still could not afford to buy Cars with a full payment for the purchase price. Auto financing was also useful in enticing people working on a fixed salary, or those who were hesitant in investing a big sum in purchasing an Automobile. People also bought cars to maintain/enhance their status in society, even if it meant opting for a Car Loan to buy a Car.

In the last decade or two, a car or even two or more cars for a family has become more of a necessity, rather than a status symbol. In this case opting for a Car Loan is not a bad idea if you really need the Car to make life easier for you and your family and it is really useful in solving day-to-day problems of traveling. You can either decide to buy a new or second hand car depending on your requirement and financial status. When you do decide to buy a car with Auto financing, just don’t rush off and select the first option that presents itself. Analyze the Car Loans market and the different offers made by the Auto Company, Banks, and Private companies for Auto Loans, and decide on the best option according to your paying capacity and finances.

Auto Financing is beneficial for the buyer (you), the seller (the Auto Company), and the financier (Auto Company, Bank, private finance company). But as in any business deal, everybody wants the best deal and the most money for themselves. Therefore, when you do opt for an Auto Loan, weigh the Pros and Cons, the advantages, disadvantages, savings, interest charged, down payment required, terms of financing, the period of loan, etc. You should also calculate how much you will have to pay on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for financing the Car and whether you will be able to manage the payments comfortably.

If you have already bought a car on Auto Finance and your Credit rating with the financing company is good, getting a Car Loan for a second car becomes easier. But if you have defaulted on your Auto Loans, your Car Finance Company may reject your loan application for another Car. This is called Bad Credit in the industry. But you don’t have to be dejected and think that you will never be able to get another Car Loan. There are Private Car Finance and Auto Loan Companies that do provide a Second chance at Auto Loans, in spite of a Bad Credit rating.

Whether you need First time Auto Financing or a second chance at a Car Loan in spite of Bad Credit, you should be investigate all the options and avenues available and opt for the best in the market, while also looking at your financial abilities to pay back the loan.

My First Blog

This is my First Blog and as i am in the Education and IT Training and Certification field, I can only think of posting something i have been really involved with every day for the past 8 years. I have been providing Microsoft Certification Training for Microsoft courses and technologies and have guided more than 200 students in achieving various Microsoft Certifications. In the early years there were many excellent students - hard working, smart, bright, and go-getters. But now, most of the students i get are just not up to mark. The level of college education has been going downhill for the past many years, but it is in the dumps now. More tomorrow.
